At Nyla Chic, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels still attached.

How to Return an Item

  2. Download Return Form: We’ll provide you with a return form to complete.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund, completely free of charge.
