All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) facility in China. From there, final delivery is completed by reliable local carriers in your country. This ensures your order is delivered smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

About Our 3PL Partner

Our 3PL partner handles the warehousing, packaging, and shipment of your order. All inventory remains fully owned by Nyla Chic—our logistics partner simply ensures timely, dependable delivery on our behalf.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping usually takes 3–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
