However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information, and your device’s display may not perfectly reflect actual product colors or details. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Purchases and Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods including, but not limited to, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Klarna, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information and to update this information as necessary, including billing details and payment card information. Sales tax will be applied where required, and prices are subject to change at our discretion.

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges and authorize us to process payment using your selected payment method. Contribution License

By posting Contributions, you grant Nyla Chic a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, modify, and distribute your content across all formats and platforms.

You retain ownership but agree that we are not liable for your content and may edit or remove it at our discretion.

Review Guidelines

You may leave reviews or ratings. When doing so, you agree to:

  • Share only genuine experiences.

  • Avoid profanity, discrimination, and false claims.

  • Disclose any conflicts of interest or affiliations with competitors.

We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at any time. Reviews reflect individual opinions—not those of Nyla Chic.

By submitting a review, you grant us a global, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and publish it.

You confirm that:

  • You’re allowed to grant access.

You may disconnect accounts at any time. We are not liable for the availability or accuracy of third-party content.

Submissions

Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you provide (“Submissions”) become the property of Nyla Chic.

By submitting, you agree:

  • We own all rights, including intellectual property rights.

  • We may use or commercialize your Submission without notice or compensation.

  • You waive all moral rights.

  • You have legal authority to make the Submission.
